Do you have innovative ideas to contribute to China-EU legal research? We are interested in your latest findings, analysis and commentary in this field. A new call is open until 15 April 2017. In this new round of funding, the China-EU School of Law supports PhD candidates with up to 1,000 euros per month and partner research groups with up to 10,000 euros. 2017-2018学年入学申请
我们正在寻找踌躇满志、有才华并愿意在中欧法学院开启或继续其法律学习生涯的国际学生。“欧洲-国际法学硕士”项目或为期一个学期的“英文讲授的中国法”项目的申请截止日期为3月31日。中欧法学院将基于申请人递交的材料审慎评估申请人是否获得入学资格。择优选拔是中欧法学院基本的录取政策,我们鼓励申请人提供能够证明他(她)才能出众的材料。双硕士项目纳入全国研究生招生计划,初试已经结束。中欧法学院将根据中国政法大学研究生院的安排组织申请者进行的法律知识和英语水平的入学测试。 

Applications are open for the academic year 2017/18
We are looking for ambitious, talented, international students who wish to commence or continue their legal studies at the China-EU School of Law. The application deadline is 31 March for international students interested in studying in the Master of European and International Law  (LL.M.) and the one-semester Chinese Law Taught in English programme. Students are selected solely based on talent and suitability. Applications for the Double Master’s programme are now closed; currently, for this degree, entrance exams testing legal and English skills are held.

本院与国家检察官学院合作举办职业培训
93名中国检察官参加了由中欧法学院与国家检察官学院合作举办的以网络犯罪为主题的职业培训。培训由荷兰国家检察官办公室高科技犯罪专家Dirk Jan Laman检察官以及荷兰国家警察网络小组的Gea Wind警官教授。Laman检察官全面讲述了运用创新技术在欧洲打击网络犯罪,并着重讲解了网络欺诈技术层面的内容。网络安全警长Gea Wind,负责荷兰国家警察局与欧洲刑警组织以及欧盟外的国家的通讯联络,在培训中强调了网络犯罪中警方的调查与国际合作。阅读更多... 


Chinese prosecutors learn about cybercrime

Approximately 100 Chinese prosecutors participated in a training course organised by the China-EU School of Law and the National Prosecutors College in Beijing. The training on cybercrime was taught by Dirk Jan Laman, Public Prosecutor at the National Prosecutors Office in Rotterdam with expertise in High-Tech crime and Gea Wind from the Dutch national police cyber team.
