From 9 to 15 January 2017, right after the exams period, the CESL Vis Moot Team started the intense week of preparations for the Vis Moot competition held in Hong Kong. The team had the great opportunity to practice with the dispute resolution lawyers from the Chinese top law firms. On 10 January the team had the pleading round at the AnJie law firm and the day later at the DaHui law firm. Additionally, over the weekend the team had the chance to meet and discuss with the lawyers from the Beijing offices of the King & Wood Mallesons as well as the JunHe law firms.
"We are extremely grateful for help and assistance of all the lawyers! I believe this is a wonderful practical experience not only for this very competition, but also for the future work of our students," said Monika Prusinowska, coach of the CESL Team.
The CESL Vis Team continues the preparations for both written and oral stages of the competition.
