Marta Kołacz is a PhD candidate at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and University of Antwerp (joint PhD program). She has been working on several projects aiming at contractual solutions for European companies. The projects responded to demand of investigating legal consequences of introducing new technologies and sustainable solutions in European businesses. Marta holds master degrees from Gdańsk University (Poland) and Erasmus University Rotterdam. She is currently finishing her PhD thesis on legal aspects of sharing economy in logistics. Marta was a Visiting Researcher at University of Leeds, European University Institute Florence and Masaryk University Brno. Her interests include among the others legal aspect of technological and sustainable innovations in transport and logistics, and law and regulation.
