Mirko Dukovic

Lecturer


Mirko Dukovic is a doctoral candidate (S.J.D/PhD) at the Comparative Constitutional Law program at Central European University (CEU) in Vienna, Austria. His research focuses on legal and ethical frameworks for 3D bioprinting of human tissues for enhancement and transplantation purposes. In addition, he is the Council of Europe national expert for Human rights and judiciary in Montenegro, consultant for World Health Organization project on regulatory challenges of Anti-microbial resistance as well as researcher for Auschwitz Institute for Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities. He worked as a teaching assistant in Montenegro (University of Donja Gorica), School of Public Policy (CEU), Legal Studies Department (CEU), and Romani Graduate Program (CEU). Mirko holds an LL.M. degree in International Economic and Business Law from Kyushu University, an MA degree in European Integration Law from the University of Belgrade, and GDL and LL.B. from the University of Montenegro. Mirko is the CEU Presidential Graduate Research Scholar Awardee and Montenegrin Academy of Science and Arts Young Scholar Awardee for the Achievements in Research.
