Feng Xiaoqing

Professor of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law


Prof. Feng Xiaoqing is a Professor of Law, the Director of the Institute of Intellectual Property Law and PhD supervisor at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China. He is also a lawyer at Tiantai Law Firm and an arbitrator at the Chinese-European Arbitration Center.

Feng Xiaoqing is an expert in the field of intellectual property law and has been teaching, conducting research and practicing law for over 30 years. He published more than 30 monographs and 100 papers in this field which won numerous awards. Major publications include “Balance the Interests of Intellectual Property Law Theory” (China University of Political Science and Law Press, 2006), “Philosophy of Intellectual Property Law” (People’s Public Security University of China Press, 2003) and “Intellectual Property and Business Strategy” (Intellectual Property Press, 2004). Feng Xiaoqing also was the head of over ten academic projects on intellectual property law, amongst them projects of national significance. He obtained a PhD in law at Peking University and conducted postdoctoral research at Renmin University of China in Beijing. At the China-EU School of Law, he teaches in the Master of Chinese Law programme.
