Shi Xiaoli

Professor of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law


Prof. Shi Xiaoli is a Professor of Law at the Institute of International Economic Law at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China. She also serves as the Director of the WTO Law Research Center and as a PhD supervisor. Her interests are focused on International Trade Law and International Investment Law.

Shi Xiaoli obtained a PhD in International Law from the China University of Political Science and Law. She was a Senior Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, USA, and a Visiting Scholar at Temple University, Pennsylvania, USA. She also gained work experience at two law firms in Hong Kong.

Shi Xiaoli is an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and she is also Deputy Secretary-General of the WTO Law Research Society of the China Law Society.
