Assistant professor at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland. Since 2004 affiliated with Chair of European Law. Master thesis on international circulation of works of art in the European Union, doctoral thesis on international ‘mixed’ agreements of the European Union , habilitation dissertation on mutual assistance in cross-border administrative cases. Member of the Self-government Appeal Board and editorial and programme boards of legal journals.
Author of numerous publications on EU law, i.a. on the external relations of the EU and international law. Lecturer in international programmes of schools of law (i.a. Leiden University in 2017, Jagiellonian University in cooperation with Haim Strikes School of Law in 2018).
