Master thesis on international sale, doctoral thesis unjust enrichment in private international law, habilitation dissertation on parental responsibility in cross-border cases. Member of the editorial and programme boards of legal journals.
Author numerous publications on civil law, including works on civil law, private international law and international civil procedure, which discuss also issues of the constitutional system and European issues. Inter alia: The Questionable Impact of EU Regulations No. 2016/1103 and 2016/1104 on the Identity of Marriage in a Member State, Problems of Private International Law, vol. 22: 2018.
Trainee legal counsellor (2001-06). Assistant clerk to the judge of the Constitutional Tribunal (2015-2017). Assistant professor at the Institute of Judiciary in Warsaw (since 2017).
