Dr Stefan Mayr is a senior scientist at the Institute for Law and Governance at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria). He holds a Doctorate in Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Master of Law (LLM) from the Central European University in Budapest (Hungary) and a Magister iuris degree (LLM equivalent) from the Johannes Kepler University (Austria).
Stefan has worked as a consultant (STC) for the World Bank Group on issues of international trade and investment law. Between 2011 and 2018 he was a research associate at the Research Institute for Urban Management and Governance. His research interests include international and EU trade and investment law, EU and Austrian public law and legal issues of multi-level governance.
Stefan has ia taught courses on Advanced Issues of EU Business Law, Sustainability, International Trade and Investment, and Globalization and Multi-Level Policy.
