Prof. Liu Zhihui is a Professor of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) in Beijing. She is also a Vice Chair of the Institute of Civil Law. Previously, she was an Associate Professor from 2000 to 2008 and a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer since 1994. Her research focuses on Property Law and Tort Law and she has published widely in these fields. Liu Zhihui is an Editorial Board Member of the Social Science Forum, a member of the 2ndCommittee of Legal Experts set up by the Beijing government and a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Beijing Railway Transport Procuratorate. She obtained her master’s and PhD degree in Civil and Commercial Law from CUPL. At the China-EU School of Law, Liu Zhihui teaches Civil Law, Property Law, Contract Law and Tort Law.
