Caroline Daniels

Teaching Assistant at the China-EU School of Law


Caroline Daniels studied law at KULeuven University (2003-2008) and graduated summa cum laude. She obtained an LL.M in International Law at the University of Cape Town (2009) and completed a master in Human Rights law at Université Saint-Louis (2015) summa cum lude. Caroline Daniels is a lawyer at the Brussels bar. She started her career as a lawyer early 2010 at law firm Allen & Overy LLP and moved on to work as an independent lawyer specialized in commercial litigation and international arbitration towards the end of 2015. She worked as a teaching assistant at the Institute for Procedural Law in 2012-2013 where she started her doctoral thesis focusing on the right to a fair trial in April 2016.
