Lecture:Nick Hallemeesch
Nick Hallemeesch holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, United States, and from University of Leuven, Belgium. He also studied as an exchange student at Université de Montpellier, France, and as a research master student at Tilburg University, the Netherlands. Nick is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Leuven, where he also works as a teaching assistant at the Centre for Methodology of Law. His research interests are comparative company law, corporate governance, law and economics, and contracts. At the China-EU School of Law, Nick is a Teaching Assistant.
Course introduction:
On the afternoon of April 17, 2018, Nick Hallemeesch- teaching Assistant of China-Europe, gave a "Shareholders Agreement" course for themaster’s students at the China-EU School of Lawin the conference room of the International Exchange Center. In the course of the lecture, Nick Hallemeesch explained why people signed the shareholder agreement and explained the principles and practices of the shareholder agreement in detail using a wealth of illustrations. In addition, a clear analysis of the case of the United Kingdom, the United States, and Hong Kong was conducted through the perspective of the comparative law. At the same time, Nick Hallemeesch asked some questions and explained to the students, and everyone benefited a lot.
