Chinese Co-Dean of the China-EU of Law, Professor of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law


Prof. Liu Fei has been the Chinese Co-Dean of the China-EU of Law since 2013. He is also a Professor of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law. His research focuses on Administrative Law. Liu Fei has taught at CUPL since 1996 and was Associate Dean for International Relations & Academic Affairs of Law School from 2009 to 2012. In 2011, Liu Fei was supported by the "New Century Excellent Talents Programme" of the Chinese Ministry of Education. He also was awarded the “Special Award for Outstanding Teaching” at CUPL in 2010 and chosen as "Pioneer of Teaching” in 2009. Liu Fei has published widely on Administrative Law, Administrative Procedure Law, Comparative Administrative Law and State Compensation Law and translated several German law books into Chinese. He obtained a doctorate degree in Law from the University of Cologne, Germany, with a DAAD scholarship in 2003.
