Dr Laura García Gutiérrez is an Associate Professor of Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain, where she also obtained her PhD in Private International Law. She focuses on Private International Law, International Civil Procedural Law, International Commercial Law, International Insolvency Law and International Torts Law. Laura previously taught at the Autonomous University of Madrid and at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. She teaches the “Litigation and Arbitration” course at the China-EU School of Law.
