Pierre Durand

PhD Researcher at the University of Strasbourg


Pierre Durand is a PhD candidate and research fellow in Public International Law as well as a Junior Lecturer in Public Law at the University of Strasbourg, France. He is specialised in Public International Law. In 2015, his team won the national rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in France and qualified for the international rounds in Washington, D.C. Pierre also serves as the National Administrator for France. He has a “Licence de Droitdegree in Legal Studies from the University Jean Monnet Saint-Étienne and a “Master 2” in Public and Private International Law from the University of Strasbourg.
