Dr Annick De Boeck is an Associate Professor at KU Leuven Faculty of Law. She has also been teaching at the University of Antwerp since 1993. She is a lawyer at Metis Advocaten in Antwerp specialising in obligations, contracts, liability and Commercial Law. In her doctoral thesis, she examined duties of disclosure under the law of obligations. At the China-EU School of Law, she taught “Conflict of Laws”.
