66 CESL master’s students head for Europe

Going to law school is a pretty big step, but studying abroad in Europe is an even bigger one. On April 7, 2016, the China-EU School of Law’s (CESL) master’s students met at a pre-departure meeting for the master students. The first students will start their study trips to Europe in April 2016. Students stay from three weeks to two months.

At the meeting, CESL’sCo-Deans Prof. Liu Fei and Dr Clemens Richter, the assistant professors Monika Prusinowska, Francisco Costa-Cabral and administrative staff members shared insights about how it is to study in Europe with the students.

 

 

They told the students that they should focus on their studies but at the same time experience the European culture.. For most of the Chinese students, it will be their first time in Europe.

This year, elective modules will take place at CESL partner universities in Bologna, Vienna, Budapest, Maastricht, Lund and Hamburg. In total, 66 CESL students will study in Europe. Students are awareded a 6,000-yuan scholarship to help them pay for flights, visa, insurance, food and other local costs during their stay in Europe.
