This is a closed book examination. Students are only allowed to refer to the EU Consolidated Treaties and a paperback language dictionary without user-added notes.
Exam instructions of Legal Foundations of Public International Law:
Students may bring an UNMARKED copy of the UN Charter into the examination hall.
Students are expected to inform their answers with reference to the relevant legal instruments, case law and materials included in the course syllabus.
