Course: Conflicts of Law, CISG and WTO Law
This is a closed book examination. Students are allowed to refer to the EU Consolidated Treaties and a paperback language dictionary without user-added notes. Students may use the legal text materials supplied for these three courses without user-added notes.
For the course CISG, Chinese versions as well as English versions of the statutes* without scholarly comments are permitted.
* Statute is in the wide sense, including codifications, treaties/conventions, uniform rules ….
