Dr Elisa Baroncini is an Associate Professor of International Law and International Economic Law at the University of Bologna, Italy. She is a Co-Chair of the Interest Group on International Economic Law of the European Society of International Law. Her main fields of research are WTO Law and European Union External Relations. Elisa studied law at the University of Bologna and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her PhD thesis in EU Law was awarded the Baldisserri Prize. She was a Visiting Professor at the University of Essex, UK. At the China-EU School of Law, Elisa has taught since 2008.
