Dr Manuela Brillat has been a Teaching Assistant at the University of Strasbourg since 2010. She was awarded a PhD in Human Rights Law in 2014. In her doctoral thesis, she examined “The principle of non-discrimination in the context of the relations between European laws”. Her main fields of research are Administrative Law, European Union Law, Constitutional Law, Human Rights as well as political and social issues. At the China-EU School of Law, Manuela taught the course “European Human Rights Law” and has tutored courses since 2011.
