Dr Vincenzo Bavoso was appointed Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Manchester in 2014. Previously, he was a Lecturer at Kingston University London and was involved in the review of the OECD finance instruments, a project commissioned to the University of Edinburgh. In 2012, he was awarded a PhD from the University of Manchester, where he also taught Company Law. Prior to joining academia, Vincenzo was a lawyer, initially in Italy, where he passed the bar exam, and then in Monaco and the UK. He is specialised in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Structured Finance and Financial Regulation.
