CESL Assistant Professor Monika Prusinowska attended the 2018 ALSA Conference

At the end of 2018, the China-EU School of Law Assistant Professor Monika Prusinowska participated in the 2018 Asian Law and Society Association (ALSA) Conference. The annual event this year was hosted by Bond University in Australia. The theme of the 2018 ALSA conference was whether the XXI century belongs to Asia, and if so – what it really means.

Monika Prusinowska presented her research on international commercial arbitration. In discussing her topic, she focused not only on quite obvious position of Hong Kong and Singapore in this regard, but also looked at the situation of mainland China, Korea and Malaysia. The panel was chaired by Prof. Luke Nottage of Sydney University.
