CESL 2021 FDI Moot Team Selected!

FDI Moot Shenzhen, the China National Round of the global FDI Moot, is organized by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). FDI Moot is based on the rules and procedures of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) used to resolve investment disputes between host states and foreign investors. The moot uses a fictitious case to help students better understand the variety of aspects pertaining to foreign investment protection.
