CESL 2018/2019 Vis Moot Team Selected!

Six students from the China-EU School of Law will take part in this year’s Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The competition sees over 100 different universities’ teams working on a case in the fields of international arbitration and international sale of goods. The team will write two memoranda and compete in various oral pleadings, including a grand final pleading in Hong Kong in April of 2019.
