Dr Rainer Kulms, LL.M. (Michigan) is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany. He is Adjunct Professor at the China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing, Lecturer in Law at the University of Hamburg and Editor-in-Chief of the European Business Organization Law Review.
Course introduction:
From 11 to 20 April 2016, Dr. Rainer Kulms taughtCross -border Investmentat the China-EU School of Law. It is a very practical and useful lesson including the basic theory, different regulations and skills in connection with cross-border investment. The student went into detail about the patterns or statistics of cross-border investment, joint ventures, and EU competition law etc. The most important in this course was M & A, the relevant content was taught in relation to this topic.
